
Reservations can be made by calling 757.331.3063 or
you can make reservation requests online,
and a Cherrystone representative will email you within (3) days to confirm
your reservation.
Advance Reservations are advised and usually require a minimum stay.
The length of the minimum stay required depends on the time of year.
Reservations will be held for 10 days from the date made, pending receipt
of a deposit. If no deposit is received within 10 days, the reservation
will automatically be cancelled. If your reservation is made within
30 days of your arrival date, the deposit must be paid by bank credit
card when the reservation is made. One change may be made to your reservation
at no charge - any additional change, including cancellations, will
result in a $15.00 administrative fee.
A refund will be given on cancelled site reservations providing we have
recieved a minimum of 10 days notice prior to the scheduled arrival
date.
Your reservation guarantees a site, and when possible, we will try to
accommodate specific site requests.
