ARCADE

The arcade is located between the Little Neck Cafe and the laundry facility. It offers many exciting electronic games to challenge players of all ages. Pool tables also are available in the game room.

CRAFT SHOP

Located in front of the tennis courts, in-season daily activities at the Craft Shop include Ceramic Painting, Candlemaking, Tye Dye and more.

MINI-GOLF

Cherrystone Family Camping Resort has its own 18 hole miniature golf course, which offers fun for the entire family.


HORSESHOES

We have four horseshoe courts here at Cherrystone. Horseshoes are available, free of charge at the Bait and Tackle Shop. A refundable deposit is required. The horseshoe courts are located near the Bait and Tackle Shop, the beach entry pool and opposite the pavilion. Please play horseshoes only on designated courts.

SWIMMING POOLS

OPEN Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (Conditions permitting)
Cherrystone Family Camping Resort has two large pools and a wonderful “beach entry” pool which offers special water features and a covered pool gazebo with benches.

We also have a fourth “adults only” pool, located on the waterfront near the Bait and Tackle Shop. To ensure the safety of all our guests, we ask that you follow our pool regulations. We allow no food or alcohol in the pool area, and no diving or jumping is allowed.

PLANNED RECREATION

Activities 7 days a week Father’s Day through Labor Day. Everything from storytime for tots to Twilight Volleyball for teens, and more! Check our Weekly Activity Sheet which is located at our Welcome Center.

GOLF CARTS

Golf Carts are available for rent at The Welcome Center. You must be 21, have a valid drivers license and major credit card to rent golf carts. Guests can also bring their own personal carts as well.

» NO ONE UNDER 21 IS PERMITTED TO DRIVE GOLF CARTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

» VISITORS MAY NOT RENT CARTS.

Due to considerable guests requests we are now allowing personal golf carts at Cherrystone with the following provisions.
  • All drivers must be 21 or over. Charge is $5 per day. Only one golf cart per site. Visitors cannot bring a golf cart.
  • Electronic carts must be plugged into your RV for charging.
  • Proof of $150,000 liability insurance must be turned into our office before using your golf cart on Cherrystone property. The guest is responsible for supplying a copy to us before using the golf cart.
  • Posted Speed limit must be followed.
  • No operating golf carts after 11 p.m. or before 7 a.m. (quiet hours) regardless of whether it is electric or gas powered. This includes going to the bath house or looking for a misplaced child or pet.
  • If driving after dark, golf carts must have headlights on. We will not accept secondary lighting systems (Flashlights, lanterns, candles, excellent night vision, etc).
  • Cherrystone reserves the right to deny use of a golf cart by any guest if we feel the use of that golf cart is deemed detrimental to our guests, staff or property. No refund will be given if driving privilege is suspended.
  • No towing of any kind is allowed with golf carts.
